May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.

Condo made us feel like we were at home. Rick and his staff at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals did their normal great job of being available when needed and is by far the best agency in the rental business. The condo condition, location and provided essentials were excellent and highly recommended. We have already rented for 4 months in 2026 and look forward to our upcoming visits. After four years of renting in the LBK area, we have finally found our forever rental when available.
My family spent December 2024 at Beachplace in Longboat Key. The place was great. Bravo to the team at Beachplace for repairing the damage from the two recent hurricanes. Many of the other buildings on the Key were not so lucky. The unit was recently updated and very well appointed. Our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend Rick and his team at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.
Our third time renting here ( after having owned for over 20 years). Beautiful apartment with great views and fully equipped. Excellent help from Rick for whom nothing was too much trouble Highly recommended.
